Change Is The Only Constant Thing

I’ve been reflecting how my practice has changed over the last couple of years. On these pages there is, I hope, a consistent message about how I continue to work with people in recovery from trauma, and also an orientation towards the new skills and activities I’ve been quietly integrating into my work over the past year or so, be that Sound Healing, the Flow Game or Day Retreats. Our ability to adapt to change is what helps us first survive, and then thrive. It’s not what life sends our way that matters as much as how we come to understand and make sense of our experiences, and then heal, and grow, so that we become more than the things that happen to us. We become whole.
