The Body Workshop is a short course for exploring embodied experience.  Taught in a small group setting using creative and physical exercises, and sound healing, the course is useful for those living with the symptoms of stress and anxiety as experienced in the body.

The course runs fortnightly, for six two hour sessions, and is limited to 8 people.
